ATTENTION EXHIBITORS

MANDATORY exhibitor set-up is scheduled for Friday, January 17, 2025 from 8AM to 7PM. Check-in at Door #7 at the Better Living Center. Photo ID and all applicable tax information must be present at sign-in. All booths are subject to inspection by state and local officials.  

SHOW HOURS: 8AM - 5PM on both Saturday and Sunday

Taking place in the Better Living Center on the grounds of Eastern States Exposition, Autoparts Swap ‘n Sell is New England’s largest INDOOR all-automotive swap meet featuring over 350 vendors with bargains on new and used parts and accessories for all automotive application.

VENDOR SPACE: 12’x15’ @ $140 each & 12' x 10' @ $125 (single spaces only).  Special Interest Car Space @ $125.

GENERAL RULES & REGULATIONS
Event will be held in extreme weather. Cancellations must be received before 4pm on Friday, January 19 by calling/texting 860.268.1787. Exhibitors must conform to all local and state tax laws.  ALL exhibitors are required, by law, to keep all records of sales and collect and record sales taxes.

​   Massachusetts state law requires that all exhibitors register to collect Massachusetts sales/use tax ONLINE through DOR's MassTaxConnect application.

​All exhibitor spaces must conform to local fire codes, etc. and are subject to inspection.

​

Parking Policy:  Eastern States Exposition accesses are exhibitor/visitors a parking fee.  Autoparts Swap 'n Sell does NOT receive any of the parking revenue. Per property management, no parking will be validated.
